The Light Group Welcomes Seasoned Director of Operations, Viviana Taylor!

We are thrilled to announce that Viviana “Vivi” Taylor has joined The Light Group as our new Director of Operations! With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, including leadership roles at top brokerages like Douglas Elliman in Coconut Grove and Coral Gables, Vivi brings a proven track record of operational excellence, team leadership and results-driven systems.

Born in Asunción, Paraguay, Vivi’s passion for real estate began early. Her father, a dedicated realtor, often took her along on appointments and she got her start working part-time at her aunt’s boutique brokerage while in school. Today, her cousins run a thriving development company in Paraguay continuing the family legacy.

A licensed agent and FIU graduate (BBA in Real Estate), Vivi is bilingual in English and Spanish and known for building strong, collaborative environments that help agents and teams thrive.

Outside of work Vivi likes to play tennis, is an outdoor enthusiast, reader and half-marathoner.
