The WELL Coconut Grove Officially “Launches” Sales Gallery

The future of mindful living in Miami has officially begun.

Last month, we officially launched THE WELL Coconut Grove Sales Gallery with already 25% of the units SOLD. Though we have been selling the project for more than 6 months, we finally celebrated the completion of our gallery. It was an evening filled with great energy, thoughtful conversation and a shared vision for wellness-driven living in the heart of the Grove. Thank you to everyone who joined us to experience a first look at this transformative project!

Fitting for THE WELL, an extraordinary panel was on showcase for a crowd of nearly 500 people to learn about the unique wellness community that THE WELL will offer to its residents. Moderated by David Martin, President of Terra and developer of THE WELL Coconut Grove and Bay Harbor Islands, the panel offered brand expertise from two of the 3 WELL Co-Founders, Kane Sarhan and Sarrah Hallock, as well as medical expertise by renowned Integrative Gut Doctor, Dr. Robin Rose, DO., who will be spearheading the the Florida medical team under the guidance of Functional Medicine Pioneer Dr. Frank Lipman, M.D.

The panel was quite informative offering background about the New York based wellness brand including how it organically came to fruition. The panelists not only discussed the brand itself, but also what it will offer in its first-ever residences here in Coconut Grove and in the Bay Harbor Islands location. Dr. Robin offered her background and how she came to love, respect and work hand-in-hand with THE WELL.
